Waste heat boiler is mainly used to absorb the heat of hot flue gas from the incinerator and reduce the flue gas temperature. High-pressure feed water enters the drum, and the drum forms a natural circulation loop with the downcomer, heat exchange tube and riser. The flue gas exchanges heat with water through the heat exchanger to recover heat and produce steam as a by-product. The low-pressure waste heat boiler is equipped with upper and lower drums, the medium-pressure waste heat boiler is equipped with either upper and lower drums, or an upper drum, and the high-pressure waste heat boiler is equipped with only one upper drum. The drum of the waste heat boiler has the following main functions:
1. The drum organically connects various pipes of different diameters, different numbers and different uses such as water-cooled wall, downcomer, superheater and economizer, which is the key to the three processes of boiler heating, evaporation and superheating.
2. The drum separates the steam-water mixture from the water-cooled wall, and the separated steam enters the superheater, and the water enters the water volume at the bottom of the drum for recirculation.
3. The drum stores a certain amount of water and heat, which can play a certain buffering role when the operating conditions change, thereby stabilizing the operating conditions.
4. The continuous sewage discharge device in the drum can keep the boiler water quality qualified, the cleaning device can use feed water to clean the salt dissolved in the steam, thereby ensuring the steam quality, and the dosing device in the drum can prevent scaling of the evaporation heating surface.
