Steam drum and internal devices

The inner diameter of the steam drum is φ1800mm, the wall thickness is 28 mm, the two ends are matched with ellipsoidal heads, and a manhole device is provided. The material of the drum and the head is Q245R. The drum is placed on the ground of the sintering machine platform through two supports (one fixed support and one movable support).

In order to ensure good steam quality during normal operation of the boiler, a two-stage steam-water separation device is set inside the drum. The first-stage separation is a throttling orifice plate separator, and the second-stage separation is a separator with a wire mesh.

The normal water level of the drum is at the center line of the drum, and the normal water level range is ±200mm. The drum is equipped with a phosphate dosing pipe, a continuous sewage pipe, an emergency drain pipe, a recirculation pipe, and a centralized downcomer at the bottom. The drum is also equipped with a two-color water level gauge, a balance container, a pressure gauge, a safety valve and other devices for monitoring and controlling the boiler during operation.
